1. How long have you been doing what you’re doing and how did you get started in the first place?

I started Rapping when I was 14. But I didn't really rap. I only took it seriously last year. In terms of  writing it was always on and off. I've always seen myself in the entertainment industry. After I stopped Modeling professionally when I was 15 I took up rapping

“I was raped by Brickz”- Ntsiki Mazwai


Controversial poet Ntsiki Mazwai has taken to Twitter on Friday morning to announce that she had also suffered sexual violence at the hands of kwaito star and convicted rapist, Bricks
Using #BreakTheSilence, Mazwai tweeted: "I was also raped by Brickz".

While some commended her for breaking the silence, others  questioned her motive, asking her why is she only coming out now, Mazwai said society is the only reason women don't report rape.
She tweeted: "I see all these men coming to my TL trying to make me feel like a dirty liar...it's so deep."

Musician turned actress Thembi turned the big 40 recently and I’m proud to say 40 has never looked this good. 


The entertainer who has been a household name since the days of Boom Shaka embodies the definition of a true star.

 We can certainly say with looks like that we look forward to seeing her on our screens for a further 20 years geez with those looks she gives 29 year olds a run for their money.

Ricky Rick Exits Mabala Noise

In a dramatic turn of events rapper Ricky Rick parted ways with record label Mabala Noise. The style icon claimed that the future of his family and himself was being threatened this lead to his resignation.

 Mabala Noise spokesperson Mhlo Gumede said that he was not aware of Ricky’s decision to leave the label. A tweet that was basically a slap on the face was posted on Reggie’s Mabala Noise Boss twitter account, even though no names were mentioned, the rapper must be feeling the sting of it.

Popular TV actor Kay Sibiya has found a new home on Mzansi Magic's hit telenovela The Queen, the station confirmed on Monday.

Idols 13: audition dates and venues for 2017





A heads-up that auditions for the 13th instalment of Idols begin this weekend (14 January) with the first auditions kicking off in Cape Town.

Resident judges Unathi Msengana, Randall Abrahams and Somizi Mhlongo will be back to judge and will be joined by a different guest judge at each venue who will replace Gareth Cliff following his resignation last year.

Jub Jub is out, Kelly Khumalo is tight-lipped



Molemo “Jub Jub” Maarohanye and Themba Tshabalala were released on parole today
They’ve already served four years in jail for culpable homicide. While their release has been received with mixed emotions on social media, some say it’s about time and others say it’s insulting to the families of the four children who died after the reckless drivers ran them over in 2010.
